Unterkunft sollte das Bad Kanal verbessert werden, da ohne offenem Fenster der Aufenthalt im Bad nicht zumutbar ist. Extrem muffiger Geruch.
Ausenbereich war der Grill leider nicht nutzbar, da er sehr verdreckt war.

Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit super Swimmingpool, der mehrmals in der Woche gereinigt wurde. Das Personal vor Ort war sehr zuvorkommend und sympathisch. Das Haus war etwas teurer, jedoch bot sich ein eigener Pool, Grill, Carport, umzäuntes Grundstück usee more

Einziges Problem war die sehr laute Renovierung eines Nachbarhauses, das konnte jedoch niemand ahnen!! Aber die Renovierung wird ja jetzt abgeschlossen sein.

Man kommt an und fühlt sich wie zu Hause (nur das Wetter ist besser). Ich möchte mich nochmals bei allen bedanken. Ein Beispiel für Service möchte ich aber nochmals hervorrufen. Der Kühlschrank ging leider kaputt. Eine Stunde nach meinem Anruf stand ein neuer Kühlschrank in der Küche. So schnell kann noch nicht mal eine Drohne von A nach B liefern, Danke. Einen besondern Dank möchte ich aber auch der Betreuung in Deutschland zollen. Nochmals DANKE für die Telefonate und Ihr Hilfe bei der Häuserauswahl für nächstes Jahr (leider war das Josef schon zu meinem Reisetermin schon gebucht). Wenn alles klappt, sind wir nächstes Jahr wieder da. Gruß an ALLE aus Bottrop
