The layout across two levels offers excellent dynamics: shared experiences in the garden and by the pool, combined with individual retreats. The buildings share access via the shared external staircase. The pool area is a meeting place that the owner uses when present. One residential unit on the property is reserved for the owner.

Es war wie immer alles super organisiert. Das MARISOL-Team ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, wo man sich immer direkt angekommen & zuhause fühlt. Es ist für uns mit unseren 4 Hunden ein wunderschöner Ort zu entspannen. Die Hunde geniessen es, auf dem Gesee more
Es war wie immer alles super organisiert. Das MARISOL-Team ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, wo man sich immer direkt angekommen & zuhause fühlt. Es ist für uns mit unseren 4 Hunden ein wunderschöner Ort zu entspannen. Die Hunde geniessen es, auf dem Gelände herumzutoben und im Pool zu schwimmen. Als Hundephysiotherapeutin und -osteopathin nutze ich immer die Gelegenheit für Trainingseinheiten in Riumar. Insbesondere ist gerade das Schwimmtraining unserer Conti Bulldogge ihrer Gesundheit (Bandscheibe) sehr zuträglich. Wir haben mittlerweile schon ein paar Häuser ausprobiert und wurden bisher noch nie enttäuscht, da die Beschreibungen immer den Tatsachen entsprochen haben. Vielen Dank liebes Marisol Team - wir werden bereits im August wieder kommen :-).

Unkomplizierte Übergabe. Wir konnten auch bereits Mittags ins Haus. Im Beschrieb steht Klimaanlage, vor Ort war jedoch keine vorhanden, dafür hängen an der Decke in zwei Schlafzimmern ein Lüfter und einer im Wohnzimmer, dieser funktioniert jedoch nicsee more

Im Beschrieb steht Klimaanlage, vor Ort war jedoch keine vorhanden, dafür hängen an der Decke in zwei Schlafzimmern ein Lüfter und einer im Wohnzimmer, dieser funktioniert jedoch nicht. Die Sauberkeit war knapp genügend, Bettanzüge rochen, Fliegengitter in einigen Räumen defekt, daher kein Schutz gegen lästige Mücken. Küchengeräte sind in schlechtem Zustand. Der Geschirrspüler reinigt selbst nach dreimaligem Durchgang das Geschirr nicht sauber. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für uns nicht im Einklang. Die Poolanlage ist großzügig und sauber.

Ja was soll ich, auch nach Rücksprache mit meiner Ehefrau und unserem Labrador- rüden noch sagen. Wir waren einfach mehr als nur zufrieden. Die Ferienhäuser sind so wie im Internet beschrieben, da wird nichts beschönigt. sollte ein Problem auftreten see more

Die Ferienhäuser sind so wie im Internet beschrieben, da wird nichts beschönigt. sollte ein Problem auftreten ist das MARISOL-Team sofort zur stelle und sorgen für sofortige abhilfe.Beim letzten Urlaub wurde uns auf der anreise der Autoreifen zerstochen und die Handtasche meiner Ehefrau entwendet. darin waren auch unsere Medikamente. bereits am nächsten tag ist eine Mitarbeiterin von MARISOL mit uns sämtliche Apotheken abgefahren um die erforderlichen Medikamente zu erhalten. auch beim kauf des neuen Reifens hat sie uns mit ihren Sprachkenntnissen unterstützt. Also uns bleibt nichts anderes übrig, als uns nur bei dem MARISOL Team für so einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub nur zu bedanken. Aber unser Dank geht auch an die Mitarbeiter in Deutschland. Denn auch hier wird, jetzt nur einfach ausgedrückt, ein toller und absolut freundlicher Service geboten. Also somit ein absolutes Dankeschön an das gesamte "Marisolteam". Wir kommen wieder!
