Das Haus und der Pool sind grundsätzlich sehr schön und wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub dort. Das Haus ist geräumig (wir waren 4 Personen plus Hund), die Bäder gut in Schuss (eines komplett neu renoviert), Klimaanlage funktioniert und die Betten mehr see more
Das Haus und der Pool sind grundsätzlich sehr schön und wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub dort. Das Haus ist geräumig (wir waren 4 Personen plus Hund), die Bäder gut in Schuss (eines komplett neu renoviert), Klimaanlage funktioniert und die Betten mehr oder weniger gemütlich. Pool ist super und auch die Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grill, usw. waren gut. Die Umgebung ist sauber und das Meer nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die ganze Siedlung ist schön gestaltet und wir haben uns überall (auch mit Hund) willkommen gefühlt. Wir sind gut und unkompliziert empfangen worden und man konnte die Verwalter (auch per WhatsApp) praktisch jederzeit erreichen. Ich würde wieder hinfahren.

Das Haus ist teilweise etwas "abgewohnt" (mehrere Fenster lassen sich nicht mehr abschließen (so dass Rollo geschlossen bleiben muss), manche Rollos ließen sich nicht mehr oder nicht mehr gut öffnen, die Türklinke der Haustür war abgebrochen, usw. Misee more
Das Haus ist teilweise etwas "abgewohnt" (mehrere Fenster lassen sich nicht mehr abschließen (so dass Rollo geschlossen bleiben muss), manche Rollos ließen sich nicht mehr oder nicht mehr gut öffnen, die Türklinke der Haustür war abgebrochen, usw. Mit ein paar kleineren Schönheitsreparaturen innen und außen könnte man das Haus nochmal deutlich aufwerten, aber wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt.
Was uns nicht gefallen hat: Die Küche war (von den Vormietern) verschmutzt, teilweise noch deutliche Essensreste in den Töpfen, Tellern und Gläsern (im Schrank), Kaffeemaschine fettverschmiert, Geschirrspüler beschädigt (und ich bin diesbezüglich nicht kleinlich ...). Wir haben halt dann die Utensilien gesäubert, die wir selbst verwendet haben, aber das hätte ich mir anders gewünscht. |

Das Haus hat einen schönen Schnitt die Zimmeraufteilung ist angenehm. Es ist super das die Räume über Klimaanlagen verfügen. Das neue Badezimmer ist sehr schön. Die große Garage liefert Schutz für Luftmatrazen o.ä. wenn es mal mehr Wind gibt. der Poosee more

Die große Garage liefert Schutz für Luftmatrazen o.ä. wenn es mal mehr Wind gibt. der Pool ist toll besonders das die Treppe nicht in der Schwimmbahn ist. Bei Fragen oder ähnliches kommt schnell eine Reaktion.

Das Haus scheint über die Jahre gelitten zu haben. Risse in den Wänden, in der Wand am Pool etc.... aber am störendes empfanden wir dass das Tor klemmte und das eine Rollo defekt war, sowie die Schiebetürenverriegelung der Terrassentür.
