Spend the months from November to March in an atmosphere of peace and security. On 120 m², this house in the MARISOL riumar family resort offers the ideal retreat for the mild season on the coast.

The centrepiece of the house is the beautiful fireplace, which creates an incomparably cosy atmosphere on cooler winter evenings. To ensure you feel comfortable from the first moment, we organise the firewood for you in advance before your arrival. In addition, the air conditioning installed throughout the house (warm/cold) ensures your individual comfort temperature at all times.
Perfectly equipped for long-term stays:
Culinary: The fully equipped open kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine) invites you to process fresh products from local markets.
Everyday & Home Office: With fast WiFi, satellite TV and a private washing machine, the house is perfectly equipped for digital work or a relaxed long-term holiday.
Outdoor Area: The fenced property with garden, barbecue area and the (year-round available) private pool offers you a protected private space even in winter.
Shopping & Living in Winter:
Even in the off-season, everything is taken care of: In Riumar and in the nearby Deltebre, you will find open supermarkets, cosy restaurants and all necessary services for daily needs. Enjoy the deserted beaches and the special tranquillity of the Ebro Delta.
